a love letter.

Dear Udi’s,
We will not hold it against you that our craving for toast, sandwiches and all things bready has reached an all-time high. Nor will we hold you responsible for our expanding GF muffin tops. We DO find you guilty on all accounts, however, of making delicious gluten-free bread that does not require toasting to in order to make it edible – or even palatable – an experience we have not had since going GF. We thank you for changing the paradigm of the gluten-free bread experience and for making GF kids’ sandwiches valuable assets on the lunch-trade market.
You are indeed “making gluten free delicious,” and it is certain that our GF existence is more bea”udi”ful with you in it.

Absolutely agree! My 25 year old son was diagnosed last year and my husband a week ago with celiac. They love everything Udi’s!
They have only one request….a hamburger bun!! The only thing they are really missing now (thanks to Udi’s) is grilling a burger at the lake!
