To those of you who are new to gluten-free eating – and to those of you who are exhausted from pouring scrupulously over friends’ homecooked meals and grocery store labels – rest assured it’s not all going to taste like cardboard all the time.     If I don’t see a hyphen between “gluten” and “free” pretty soon, there’s going to be trouble.
    And when i say trouble, i mean Money-Making style with dirty needles and everything.
